Who should attend?
• Transmission Operators (TOPs) within the California ISO (CAISO) Balancing Authority Area (BAA), TOPs within Reliability Coordinator (RC) areas, adjacent RCs, and Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM) participating TOPs located in adjacent RC areas 
• Market participants and neighboring transmission entities that use the webLineR application through either the user interface (UI) or application programming interface (API) to submit, monitor, evaluate, or download data

What will be covered?
• Introduction of the webLineR functionality
• How to request for webLineR access
• Navigating the webLineR application
• Understanding Seasonal Ratings Availability (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall)
