2026 Market Policy Catalog and Infrastructure Policy Catalog: Submission windows close 3/2/26

The California ISO is reminding stakeholders that the submission windows for the 2026 Market Policy Catalog and Roadmap and the 2026 Infrastructure Policy Catalog and Roadmap are currently open, with all submissions due by March 2, 2026. The submission process for each of the two Catalogs is separate. Please contact ISO Stakeholder Affairs with any questions about which Catalog process is appropriate for a specific submission topic.

Proposed policy initiative submissions must provide detailed information regarding the identified market design issue and the scope of the suggested policy initiative.
