Markets2027 Default Resource Adequacy Values: Default Qualifying Capacity and Planning Reserve Margin Development update
The California ISO has posted the final 2027 Default Qualifying Capacity List and Frequently Asked Questions documents on the 2027 Default Resource Adequacy Values page.
The ISO will use the posted default qualifying capacity values and planning reserve margins included in this list for compliance year 2027 only in situations where a Local Regulatory Authority has not submitted a qualifying capacity value for a resource or a planning reserve margin for a load serving entity.
