Congestion Revenue Allocation Phase 1 Settlements Overview Training Session on 10/14/26

The California ISO (ISO) will offer an overview training session on charge code updates implemented under Congestion Revenue Allocation (CRA) Phase 1 on Oct. 14, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Pacific Time. The session will review the updated charge codes and provide examples of congestion revenue computation and allocation.

Who should attend?

This course is intended primarily for settlement analysts responsible for processing Congestion Revenue Allocation (CRA) charge codes, but it is also open to anyone interested in understanding how CRA Phase 1 changes impact settlements.

What topics will be covered?

This training will include the following topics:

• Background on the Congestion Revenue Allocation (CRA) initiative.

• Review of charge codes that were updated or created for CRA.

• Walkthrough of examples and data sources.
