The California ISO has posted the comment template and updated discussion and issue paper regarding the Uplift and Default Energy Bid topic group on the Storage Design and Modeling initiative webpage.

Please submit written comments based on the updated discussion and issue paper by end of day Jan. 08, 2026 through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
